Thomas Ferguson was the driver who brought a large and fragile order. The company was timely with information before the delivery and Thomas was right on time with his call to let us know he was arriving.
Worst moving experience of my life. I selected what I was told was a large one bedroom - small two bedroom sized pod. I even called a representative with upack to go over a list of my belongings to verify I didn't need a larger pod. The rep told me I would have "more than enough space" for my belongings. Cut to moving day in delivered a 6-7 by 7 foot cube not even big enough to fit a studio apartment worth of belongings in. I called customer service and was told they only have a one size fits all size pod and we're unsure what I was talking about getting a bigger pod. When I told them I called and gave a run down of my belongings with one Of their reps they just kept telling me they only had one size. They offered to bring me another pod ( at my expense of course). They said they stood by the size of the pod fitting up to two bedrooms in "depending on the size of your stuff." Had to leave behind a 5,000 sofa,bookshelf, a recliner and a few bags of belongings. Will NEVER use this company again.
He was a blessing: very knowledgeable and helpful with information on how to use. He assembled all quickly, professionally, and made sure all was working before he took all the packaging and left. A great experience for us and the company should be very proud of Thomas.
