We've used Smooth Move twice in the last couple months moving our home office into a real office. Smooth Move, and Ralph, made both experiences flawless. Nothing was damaged. The crews were eager to help and a joy to work with. Moving made fun: who would ever imagine that? I can't say enough good things about them. Even if we had to move to Alaska (and I hope that never happens), Smooth Move would be in charge.
We moved July 21st with a team of 3 guys (two of whom I believe did my last move). I can't praise these guys and this company enough. We love Smooth Move and have vowed to never use another moving company. The entire team makes a move as simple as possible. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived early for both moves. The guys were super friendly and fun to be around -- even though they were working on an especially HOT July day! The entire move was complete in under 3 hours (which included a 45 min drive from our old place to the new one) and not a scratch, dent, or crack to be found! Thank you for the best move experiences ever!!
We hired Smooth Move to move our belongings into storage four months ago, and today they finished the job by moving us into our house. We had different crews each time, but they were all hard working and respectful. Today it was the team of Matt, Ken, Thomas and Dominique. Solid bunch of guys. The management team was always communicative when we needed to be in touch. Overall very pleased.
Jesse and Pierre came to pack my belongings for a cross country move. They were the best! They were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. They took care with my house - taking doors off when necessary to move furniture - and caused no damage to walls and floors. They then packed my container in such a way that even more furniture and belongings fit than I thought possible. I can't recommend this company enough. If all of their employees work like Pierre and Jesse you can rest assured you are in good hands.
I called Smooth Move to schedule a move and I could not be happier that I did. My move was scheduled between 1-3pm and at exactly 1pm Jesse and Pierre were pulling up to my apartment. They were courteous, efficient and very careful with our items(even though there was nothing particularly expensive). The whole move, including travel time, was less than an hour and a half. I highly recommend Jesse and Pierre and would use Smooth Move again with no question!!
