These guys made my move less stressful. All the bases were covered from wrapping your furniture to friendly service. They worked quickly & efficiently & were very professional! Thanks so much- 5 stars all the way!
Great job! Movers & Groovers are Professional, fast and scheduling was immediate-- not to mention they kept in touch. I tried another company and they never showed or called to reschedule. I will be calling Movers & Groovers for my future moving needs.
Best movers that we've ever used! Dexter, Joe and Marcus were polite, patient, conscientious, very strong, and fast yet careful. They moved several very heavy bulky items up a narrow winding stairwell without a single mark on the walls or furniture. They let us know ahead of time exactly when they would arrive for packing and for delivery. Everything was accomplished on schedule as promised. We definitely highly recommend!
We used them twice. Only used them a second time because the owner promised a discount for items broken during first move. Well, the owner did not keep that promise. There was no discount for piano broken by movers and groovers. And the final price was 1/3 more than quoted. They moved slowly as if to take more time. One mover complained of how heavy the furniture was and stated his tip should be big. One mover requested to use the restroom and left urine on the toilet and floor. Overall, a terrible experience. We’ll never use them again
I highly recommend Movers & Groovers services. We needed just a few things moved from Columbia to our new home in Charleston. They were extremely easy to work with during the planning/scheduling phase, and equally accommodating during the move. Our main concern was a piano that we needed moved to the second floor of our new home. The guys handled all of our stuff with care, and we're able to get our piano upstairs without injury to themselves or the piano. All of this for what I considered to be a very reasonable price, and the utmost in professionalism.
