I have had to use storage places before but this time was one of the best. Travis was the one who helped us and he was friendly and didn't get annoyed with all my questions. He was also very knowledgeable. He was so patient with my son who talks a million miles an hour and tells you everything and asks a million questions. Will definitely use them again if needed.
Very clean and well maintained. Easy to work with staff. Only thing that would give it 5 stars is 24 Hr access!
Had a terrific experience with the Extra Space Storage on Rivers Avenue. Their staff is polite and knowledable and their location is easy to get into as well as well lit and clean. I only needed my storage unit temporarily, but I'm glad I chose Extra Space Storage. I'm sure I'll reuse them in the future. Recommend this place!
Storage bldg is a little over a year old so its still new! Clean and climate comtrolled- my unit is on the 2nd floor. They provide pull carts to put your stuff on and the elevator makes it a simple ride up. The only downfall is every year they raise your rent and this time it was raised $17. Oh and if you miss a payment or something happens and your automatic payment doesn't go through they charge a late fee and they refuse to take it off- unless you go through management. I don't mean the local manager- he refused- I mean management of the company. That's a little ridiculous- they could use better customer service.
Great service! Was looking to get into a small storage unit since I was moving into an apartment. Diane was very helpful and showed me multiple units. The site is very clean, super affordable (relative to market), and easy to get in and out of. Can't recommend them enough.
