This place is despicable! The manager has screwed me over big time. They gave me a 'free month' of storage when I moved. I only needed it for a couple of weeks so when I went to turn my key in well before the due date the manager, who was chit chatting with someone at the time, asked me to place the key on the counter and that I was "all good to go" - a month later U-Haul is harassing me for payments and late fees because my account it still open. Ridiculous and unprofessional staff.
These guys are great!!!! We needed a trailer for our motorcycle AND help securing the bike in the trailer. Mike and crew were incredibly helpful. The pure epitome of professionalism and customer service. We'd recommend this u haul location to anyone.
Really nice and helpful guys. I rented a pickup truck from this location for about 2 hours. Pretty much a brand new pickup. Very clean, roomy, a/c, nice acceleration when needed. And the price was right (no pun intended).
