Brand new. Very clean and comfortable. Chenequa was SUPER friendly and asked me about my allergies ( the reason for my stay) at checkout.

Nice design. Little practicality. One must enter the shower and be prepared to take on a cold blast of water as there is no option standing outside of the shower to turn on the water. Try not to slip when exiting the shower, a puddle will have formed. The toilet seat would not stay up. The complimentary toothbrush may have been a replica of the first one ever invented (though brand name toothpaste was given). DO NOT stay in room 101. It's the first room on the first floor. It is directly across from the gym and pool. Unless you like being the last one to go to sleep and the first to wake up.
