30 Dec 17 This is a very professional jewelry store. About a month ago I brought in my gold chain to have a link repaired. It was done earlier than they told me it would be. Today I brought in my girlfriends watch to get some links removed, anticipating a week wait. The gentleman behind the counter said he could do it right away. I literally waited 5 minutes and it was done, and he decided not to charge me anything. This is our jewelery store! Outstanding!
All-time favorite jewelry store! I live in Houston (Go Astros), but buy my better jewelry at Polly’s. No pressure, relaxed environment. Love the very patient sales staff. I know my business is important to them. They are tireless in their efforts to find just what you are looking for. If you design it, Wes will find it! They service jewelry also. My daughter-in-law has a gorgeous wedding ring and bands. Polly’s checks every diamond for her at no charge whenever she’s in town. I find the prices to be much better than Houston. Awesome, awesome experience! Came in looking for a curved wedding band close to closing on a Friday night. We were warmly welcomed and immediately taken to look at some options. Wide variety and gorgeous rings. Walked out about 30 minutes later and couldn't be more smitten with what came with us. Definitely would recommend and will be back for future purchase!
Overall my experience with Polly's Fine Jewelry for purchasing my engagement ring was very good to exceptional. I did not feel pressured and was allowed options to select the right diamond, including multiple follow-up visits. I was educated and advised properly without a sales pitch or ploy to purchase more expensive larger or higher grade diamond. Another diamond dealer that has recently established itself in the area, and whom has a lot of radio advertising was also consulted. I felt much more comfortable with Polly's Fine Jewelry due to direct experience with both. I am certain others who properly shop will find out that Polly's Fine Jewelry customer service and price$ is superior. I'll be back for Wedding and Anniversary Rings.
The staff at Polly's is unbelievable. They make every experience unique. I have purchased my engagement, wedding rings and bands from them as well as some watches and every time they make me feel welcome. I've gone in so many times now they remember me by first name. I would highly suggest using them for all your ring, and watch needs.
