I am beyond pissed about this! Not only did you ruin the ring I gave her but when it was sent back to fix said mistake you then lost it! Was it sent by itself because if not did everyone else get the same message stating that you lost our rings? Kay jewelers is a joke and I will be up there tomorrow to fix this issue!
Nice staff but the return policy is ridiculous. Purchased a watch as a Christmas present and girlfriend was not allowed to exchange it for a different color 34 days later. Any reputable jeweler should honor a exchange or at least clearly state the short restricted return policy.
Bought a piece of jewelry here for just $140 (cash)... came back the next day to return it and was told that I would have to get a check mailed from corporate in two weeks because they didn't have enough cash in the store to refund me. Seriously? Store associate was nice but the manager was rude and probably 12 years old. Won't go here again.
This is terrible place to buy your engagement rings. They tricked me over 200$ and use my instant cash reward on the purchase that when I did not even ask them to use..Try many ridiculous way to sell to the customer..The manager was kinda racist by the way saying that I did not understand English enough to know what his staff said to me..Never ever come back here again..Terrible customer service even the store manager was rude to me , unclear conversation
Great customer service. Didn't charge me for a mistake made by a different Kay (the location in which my ring was purchased in Texas made some mistakes in registering the ring and our insurance) and more than willing to help in any way they could. I highly recommend them.
