These guys were great! I had an oil change done days before in Raleigh, NC, at a Jiffy Lube and on our drive to Charleston, more than an entire quart of oil had leaked out. When we stopped here, the manager on duty himself looked at my car and tightened whatever it was that needed to be tightened and topped me off at no charge. He was friendly and understanding, and I'm so grateful for him taking the time to check out my car! Definitely trust these guys with yours!

I really enjoyed it the manager was kind. He did his best getting me the fastest and best price and work. The mechanics are quick to explain everything in terms you can understand even if you don't understand mechanical information.
When I had my oil changed, they installed the wrong oil filter. My engine lost all of the oil and is now blown. A replacement was over $3,000 and no reparations whatsoever have been offered, despite calling several times. I would recommend spending a little extra time and go somewhere that knows what they're doing. I wish I had.
The guys here were absolutely amazing! I came in about 15 min before close on a Friday and asked if they had time for an oil change. They stayed late into their weekend and were nothing but friendly and professional. Thanks Josh and Marshall!
