Ken as well as his staff cares about his customers. And from experience don't always rely on reviews of any company. Sometimes you have to experience and try things out for yourself. And that's what I did. Cannon's is the BEST!
They were the only people that were able to figure out what was wrong with my car and fixed the problem! I was impressed with how fast they completed my services.Then when i got there to pick up the car, i thought they were just going to charge me, hand me some papers and tell me to go on my way. They walked me to my car, showed me under the hood what they did and showed me the old parts that were replaced. I highly recommend them!
I found Cannon's about 8 or 9 years ago. It's the only place I bring any of my vehicles for repairs and service. Ken does an excellent job and will let you know beforehand what a repair will cost. I've found their hourly rates to be very reasonable despite what some other reviews have indicated.
Had an alternator repaired they charged twice what a rebuilt one costs. Never go there again.
