This store just keeps getting better. Expanded and more organized women's section. Excellent sales and always check clearance. Grandson loves his Metal Mulisha hoody☺
1. Keep the broken helmet
The manager would rather my bare head be injured than have a helmet that he cant warranty out. I will never shop here again
2. Return the helmet for a refund
First and foremost I have bought a ton of stuff from them and have been going to them for years. Not for prices, not for customer service, but just for the simplicity of not having to ship or wait for items to come in. I went in 3 times this past week to look at helmets. 1st time I went in to just look and try some on. 2nd time I went in with the intention of buying a new Shoei (that they had on my previous visit 2 days before) I was told that helmet was "out of production". Pretty big bummer, but that's life. So I went home and started doing more research. Decided that I would be happy with a RF1200. So I went in to pick one up. Went in and the guy who stalked me on my first visit proceeded to do that exact same thing again. Then had the nerve to actually call me stupid for not wearing a helmet. Well jackass that's what I was literally there for!! Annoyed but still needing a helmet I asked if they had the RF1200 in black and large. The kid without skipping a beat tries to "sell" me a helmet that is $200 more. LOL that's a big no, so again asked him to check and see if he had one...11 minutes later after this kid has answered 2 personal phone calls and helped another customer (pretty sure it was his friend) my buddy finally walked up to me and reminded me that I am in sales and would I really treat me customers like that and expect them to wait. So I walked out and ordered it off Revzilla. You lost a $500 that day and a customer for life because you couldn't take the 2 mins to check your inventory. Don't stalk customers, if they have a question they will ask. WHEN THEY ASK A QUESTION...ANSWER IT!!!!!!!
I was given four options,
I chose to replace the current helmet.
4. Buy a helmet equivalent to the sale price
Came in looking for a Snell 2005 or newer for a couple track days I had coming up, as my old Shoei was no longer up to SCCAs regs. Both associates were able to assist me in finding an awesome helmet for an awesome price. Very kind, helpful, and easy going people. I'll definitely be going back.
The helmet I purchased on sale broke three days after I bought it,
The manager said it would take a few days to get, and that I would have to leave my current helmet with the store. This left me the choice of keeping my broken helmet or riding home with out one. His reasoning was " If you get into an accident I'll be stuck with a unwarrantable helmet
Their prices are much lower than other places, can't beat their prices on helmets
3. Order a replacement helmet
