Upon arrival at the Charleston airport I went to the Enterprise counter and received excellent customer service. The young lady was very personable and helpful. When I went out to the lot to check out the car the employee offered me a free upgrade. It made me wonder why it wasn't offered to me inside.
All in all it was a wonderful rental experience and I will be renting from Enterprise in the future
Charisma, and the manager on duty who's name I don not catch were amazing. True customer service professionals down to the brass tacks. They are to be commended! I wish I knew the gentlemans name who helped me, but he was very good.

I was not happy with the recent rental in Charleston. The car had obviously been smoked in (A LOT) on the previous rental. It was strong smell for the first 4-5 days of the rental. I assume you collected additional fees from the prior renter and appears did nothing to correct the issue prior to renting to us. Upon return I mentioned the issue and (sorry about that) was all I heard. Up to this point was happy with Enterprise but there are other options when renting cars in the future
We rented a car from Enterprise at the Charleston, SC airport and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly both upon picking up and returning the car. There was quite a line at the Enterprise counter, but it moved pretty quickly. The car was practically brand new and drove beautifully.
