Have enjoyed every vehicle rented. Needs to detail prior to renting.
Very rude husband and wife. Budget will never get my company's business again. The wife just stands there at the desk and can do nothing but say, "you have to wait on my husband", while the husband is doing 600 other things then shows up and is rude and treats you like your an inconvenience.
They owner text my phone and said return my car after I had already extended it through Reservation center... time before that had a reservation before closing and told me he had no cars but the ones for people with (Reservations)
Worst customer service ever. Definitely will not be returning to this location. I showed up to pick up my reserved vehicle. He informed me there is 100 hold to rent the car. No problem I gave him my card and he tells me it's not going through. I check all my bank acct info and the money is there so I tell him the money is there I don't understand why it's not allowing the charge to be made. His response was "your bank may say it is but my computer says it's not". So I ask him to try again he huffs and puffs and goes OK gonna be the same result. Ok I ask if my sister can use her card to put the hold on. The answer flat out NO! Ok I said cancel the reservation this is ridiculous not only do I not have a car I don't have the 150 that y'all gladly took out of my acct when I made the reservation. His response was "I didn't make the reservation you did! Call the company and see what they can do for you". At this point I'm furious go to my car and call budget. Budget is super informative and tells me a credit check is made when using a debit card and that is the reason I can't be approved for a car. That was a simple reasonable response and had I been told that by the guy behind the counter it wouldn't have been an issue. He never once mentioned anything about credit. Instead just made sarcastic rude comments without offering any solution at all. I would not recommend this place at all. He doesn't care if you leave with or without a vehicle.
The staff was friendly - they got me in a car in no time. The car was new and extremely clean. Absolutely no issues at time of return. I will definitely be using this location for future car rentals.
