Previously had an issue with my order taking too long as website wasn't updated to reflect correct wait times. Today order came quick and the driver said not to worry about a tip. No tip needed? Yeah right! Go inside to see my drink had been opened. I don't want to think what they did to the pizza. Tried calling in, only to be hung up on after asking for manager.

Horrible! I called to place an order, they put me on hold for a long time. We figured they were busy so we made the trip down there. When my husband went in they told him it was too late to do a carry out ( fine it was 10pm ). He asked if he can just place the order and have it delivered. ? She said no, we have to call it in. He came back to the car and we called. They put us on hold again. After holding for a while again, I eventually hung up. If I can give it a negative 5 stars I would. They lost my business . There were 3 workers working. Horrible customer service. Should have listened to their 2 star rating.

We got delivery last night. This was the best Papa Johns we'd had in such a long time. Official residents of North Charleston, we've tried a couple other pizza places. But, nothing was even as close to being as good as this Papa Johns! The food was delivered right on time, and the food was hot! Like they just pulled it out of the oven! Yummy! We found our weekly pizza place!
