This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza had bubbles and was burnt. We ordered wings and they were both hot and I ordered one hot and one mild. I was really looking forward to the pizza. I will never order from Domino's again. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. If I could give it a zero I would.
Absolutely the worst service imaginable. I ordered pizza for five 3rd shift security officers at a local college. The officer at the front gate knew to be expecting pizza, and I also went up there to wait around the time-frame given for the delivery estimate. While waiting, I received a phone call from the store, although they hung up after one ring. I called back and spoke to "William" who informed me that the delivery driver had went to the school but did not have a building number so he could not deliver. I informed them that either the driver or William was a liar, since they never came to the entrance of the school. William stated that the order was "already destroyed" and that he had canceled the order to issue a refund. He stated that I could order again, but that it would be about an hour.
I usually order from Papa John's when I order pizza every Friday, but Papa John's had suspended delivery to this area due to traffic from the Fair over in Ladson. Next time we will either do takeout from Papa John's or go with something else. I'm never using Domino's for a delivery even again.
NEVER order from this Dominos. If I could give it negative stars I would. I ordered delivery online which first said it would be 35-45 minutes. That after 5 minutes changed to 85-95. After a full TWO HOURS the manager called and said they could not complete the delivery because the driver never showed up. Obviously they couldn’t have told me that when I ordered which would have been nice. To their credit they did offer it to me for free if I picked it up, but I am out of town with no car so ubering would have cost twice as much as the food. How businesses stay in business with service like this is beyond me, as a business owner myself.
Absolutely awful, ordered at 2pm was told the pizza would get here in an hour... it is now 3:20.. we called them and they said that they couldn't find the place so they drove back to their restaurant.. no phone call or anything.. that is so frustrating. They didn't even offer a refund or anything .. and I am not sure how you can miss us, we are a huge business on rivers ave who has ordered pizza from here before.... I will personally never order from this establishment ever again.... awful service.
No longer using this Dominoes. They have started cancelling orders, don't call or tell you, they just don't deliver it. For years, we were loyal customers, very good toppers. Always wrote a good review. Now, when we call in to ask what happens, it's like calling in an episode of Saturday Night Live. They snicker as they say Duh, yeah, um, we ain't responsible for dah rain, man. This is the second time it's happened. And the pizzas aren't good anymore either. AND, they don't take complaints unless the order is delivered. Which is smart. No more Dominoes for us.
