My fiance' and I ordered 19 wings,(honey citrus pepper, sweet and spicy plum and bourbon style) we were advised that it would take 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes to leave since its 5 minutes from our house. We arrived our order wasnt ready, we waited an additional 10 minutes for our food, keep in mind there wasn't anybody in there. There was no reason for not having the food ready. No apologies.Our fries weren't cooked all the way, our wings didn't have any seasoning on them, and they weren't labled so we had no idea of which ones we were eating. Tried to call back and let them know but got this answering machine sound, then a busy signal. We spent 25.00 on food we couldn't eat!!
My friend ordered us dinner from here tonight. Well it definitely won't happen again. The food was horrible. You can tell it sat forever. And it took over 2 hours to get here. The driver was rude and acted like he cared less. Gave us the speal about having a ton of deliveries. Blah blah. It's always an excuse with this place. We won't make this mistake again. Wouldn't even have left one star if I didn't have to
Food and service was good.. place seemed clean. But the ladies room toilet was clogged prob just needed to be plunged and water was on the floor. The gentleman had me use the men's room and then sat back at the table on his phone. That's an issue that needs to be addressed. I'm glad I didn't slip in the rest room.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this cook and server! We just dinned with our 2 year old in less than 30 min. And there was at least 10 other tables at the same time. Food was excellent and service was outstanding! I'm in f&b also and don't often get a good dining experience when we eat out! Keep up the good work guys!
I've been going to Mannys for quite awhile, though I usually frequent the one in West Ashley as I've always had good experiences there. Unfortunately, although closer, they do not deliver to my job, but the North Charleston one does. Ordered lunch for my boss and I as I was too busy to leave for lunch, with an ETA of 1 hour 10 minutes. An hour and 40 minutes later, I called to check on the status, and was informed the driver had just left 10-15 minutes earlier. I mentioned the delay, they said "well she has a lot of deliveries today". Food arrived shortly after, and was terrible. It arrived cold, and my Marlon Brando pita was not even made correctly. Very disappointed in the attitude and quality. As convenient as delivery should be, I think I will go back to picking it up myself from the West Ashley location in the future.
