Called early on short notice to cater a shop lunch. No one else was open or had any kind of deals. I spoke with a BRIDGETTE. Grand slam. She handled EVERYTHING. I phoned in the order. She emailed me an itemized receipt with names and orders and did not mess a single one of them up. I was expecting a mistake somewhere, but there were none. Went flawless. This is my catering go-to now. Bridgette and not a sub sandwich place made the difference. If she goes, I'd follow her at her next business.

It was disappointing and didn't live up to the national name. My sandwich didn't have adequate meat and toppings, however; The cookie was delicious.
One star because I was hoping to switch up my lunch order for a business event I plan every month or so. I called this establishment which is literally 3.3 miles down the road. I wanted delivery for such a large order and they said they couldn't deliver to our address, even for a catering order. At East Bay deli we are out of their delivery area too but they are willing to deliver for a such a large order. I think maybe they should reconsider helping out local businesses by expanding their delivery options for large business catering orders. The gal on the phone could care less if she got our business or not.
