I purchased the Mabry Espresso 5 piece dining set. First of all the salesman didn't ask me what color I wanted. I thought I was getting 4 different colored chairs. He did not tell me that there was going to be $100 delivery charge and that it would take up to 4 weeks for delivery until after he swiped my debit card. I was furious. Then to top it off. When it was finally delivered. The delivery guys stated that there is a $50.00 fee to put the table together, really?. They started questioning me who lives here, how many bedrooms I have and what smells so good? No questions were answered, I had to asked them to leave immediately.
No one hardly ever sits on the chairs. I noticed screws always have to be tightened, 1 year later, I have 3 chairs with broken backs and sunken seats. Sorry furniture made in Asia is not worth a dime. I have a formal dining set that is over 30 years old. Its USA made and still in good shape. Buy USA only. Asks questions and get everything in writing before buying from Rooms to go.
We had a great shopping experience. Ashley Craft was our salesperson, second time we've been lucky enough to have her. She helped us pick out a lovely leather sofa and loveseat, arranged quick delivery. Super easy, always enjoy shopping here.
It would've been nice for someone to acknowledge me while I was in there. I saw 2 items in my price range that I was willing to purchase. With all those sales persons they had today, there wàs no need for me to circle that store four times.
My husband and I liked the selection. (We we’re shopping for a bedroom set) I like that we didn’t feel hassled or pressured while we browsed. We finally found a set we were most interested in and the salesman was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. They did try to upsell us to buy a mattress multiple times (since we were purchasing a bedroom set) but otherwise they basically gave us the freedom to be consumers without pressure.
I was helped by Debra who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was looking to get me the right fit for me and my budget without trying to oversell me on things. Great financing options. Would highly recommend!!!
