Al was a had great customer service. What I liked the most about him was his honesty and willing to help. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Purchased a King bed set and will go back for more.
My experience at Babcock was great but do an error on my paperwork my experience afterwards was horrible!!!! I was treated like my time and my money didn't matter, especially when they say they will call you back and don't resulting in you calling back numerous times just get answers! As a result a refund was issued and the bad thing about it I like what I had picked out
Never again will I purchase. No one here makes you feel valuable although you are choosing to spend money with them. I purchased a bedroom set from them and it was delivered outside of the window period THEY set up. Needless to say, I had to have my roommate stop what she was doing to come home and wait for them. Then, they didn't come with all my things and didn't say a word. A year later, I gave them a second try and purchased a washer and dryer. Needless to say, 3 weeks later and I still had no washer and dryer. That was the straw that broke my back. I no longer deal with this company or at least this location.
A great selection of furniture and good old fashioned customer service make this an excellent option when seeking budget friendly terms on your next purchase.
