We were greeted by Ryan Lemon, who made us feel comfortable right away at the showroom. He showed us around and guided us through the wide variety of styles available there. We were there for hours, on multiple days, and he was answering every question of ours patiently.
Ryan delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I felt that he was honest and knowledgeable. We bought quite a bit of furniture and if I need anything more in the future, I will be asking for Ryan to assist me!
We recently bought new furniture from here and had our best buying experience to date. The sales associate that helped us, Nikki, made our experience an excellent one. She helped us figure out the style we liked and coordinated all the room furniture to flow seamlessly together. We literally could not have done it without her. Looking at all your options is usually overwhelming, but not with Nikki's help. Her insight, knowledge of the products, and eye for design made a world of difference for us. She's the best around, and we will keep going back to her for all our future furniture needs!
I went to Ashley Furniture to purchase a recliner. Alan, was the best sales person I had in quite a long time. He acknowledged me upon my entrance and took the time to discuss the various recliners available. He explained the products exceptionally, addressed all questions asked. He delivered excellent customer service.
Really great experience. My salesperson was Lonnie, he listened, understood what i wanted, and made the experience super easy and quick. Anyone who would like to purchase furniture need to pay him a visit, definitely will be worth it. Great work!
