We have purchased two recliners for our camper, a pub table and chairs for our dining room and a king size box springs and mattress. Everything is quality workmanship, great prices and excellent customer service! We will definitely return for our living room furniture.

I was a little skeptical at first because the mattress my wife and I got was priced at about 200-250$ less than some of the other stores we have previously been in, but after a week of sleeping on it, I can't tell you just how much we love it! Matt was our sales Rep and he did such a fantastic job, so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great quality at an amazing price.

I purchased a love seat and couch set from American furniture freight in North Charleston South Carolina. The back of my loveseat now has a wooden piece poking out with nails poking through the back of the seat. I’ve called Guardian which would be my company that does the warranty on the set for any issues. I was told that it was a not an issue cause by me personally but moreso a defective manufacturing issue they cannot start a warranty claim . I have spoken to Carlos which is the store manager and I believe her name is Heather the assistant manager on November 13. I was told to send a picture of the couch to their email and that they will send it off to the manufacturing company to try and get me a new couch. I sent the pictures over to her and then I did not get a confirmation that they received it so I called myself the next day and spoke to Heather. She said it typically takes up to 30 days for a response from the manufacturing company. I waited almost 30 days then called her once again then she changed up and said it can take up to 45 days. It’s been approximately 45 days now and still I have no response from American furniture freight. I have stressed to BOTH Heather and Carlos that I have two children 3 and 1yr old that have cut themselves from the nail poking out the couch .I do not know if they understand the severity of how bad a defect of a nail poking out of a couch(which is eye level to my 3 yr old) can cause harm to children as well as adults.I am not asking for a refund or anything of that nature I just want either this to be fixed or give me a new couch and I would donate this couch to Goodwill as they told me and bring them the receipt. Would definitely recommend products to other family and friends But getting my couch fixed or replaced for the safety of children is definitely not a priority to them I see as much as I’ve been stressing about it. I just keep getting a runaround saying they’ve sent it off to the manufacturing company and I have to wait and I’m tired of it..

We bought a couch set there cash and within two days the board started sticking out of it. They wouldnt take it back bc they said they already delivered it even though it was the next day. The pillows sunk in few weeks later. Also the spring went bad. This place has extremely poor quality furniture and I would never recommend to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else, when their merchandise fails you they wont take it back. Not even the same day. Terrible place. Please research before you buy. They dont deserve 1 star but that's the minimum allowed.

I am editing my review based on my experience here for the last year.. A year ago we ordered all of our furniture for our new house here. A few bedroom sets came damaged and they took care of it right away. A few months later our couch springs started caving in, so we called to get it replaced as we bought the warranty for it. It took months to get our store credit so we could go get a new couch. We got our new couch and were happy until about 2 weeks into having it, the seam started tearing. I called December 15th, 2016 and sent them pictures and did everything necessary for them to put a claim on it and exchange it out for us. It is now almost September of 2017 and we still have not gotten this claim taken care of. In April we were forced to go out and buy a new couch from a different store as the couch from here was totally tore up from the seam continuing to rip. They finally said they would give us store credit last week, but I have not heard from them. I called today and still didn't get a definite answer. I'm out $600 still. The people who work here are nice, but it all just seems unorganized to me. I give two stars because we love our bedroom furniture.
