If I could give no stars I would. Nick gave us false information and now I'm pissed we even have 2 other people admit it who work for t mobile that said it on a recorded voice line. He has been dodging our calls for weeks and now we are going through our second bill cycle and highly unhappy.
This store is amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they make me feel appreciated every time I walk through their doors. I'm still with Tmobile because of these guys and myself and family will always do our business at this location!
My family and I went in for tablets and phone, and the customer service experience was great. Thank you Nick and your staff for everything. Will definitely recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone looking for a phone or tablet.
