I will be returning the TV this week as this is no way to treat customers.Terrible customer service.
I called and spoke to Sean, who didn't offer any help nor refund nor apologies for what he had caused.
Sean took my payment, and as I was telling him my card number he cut me off and told me that my next payment was in two weeks. I was baffled as to how he charged my card without letting me tell him the number. Two days later, my mother called me stating that Buddies charged her and caused her to have her water bill payment bounced which added a late payment and bounced payment changed to her water bill, and her bank changed her $29 due to non sufficient funds.
I agree with the customer who rated them 8 mos. ago. I have been paying on my acct. every week. I was told a month ago I had 209.00 left to pay out. I should have had about 100.00 left. I asked today what my balance is and I was told 343.00!! I was told if my acct was paid off in 4 mos, then that would have been all I owed. February would have been 4 mos. Never again.

Very poor service. I called to place a payment and Sean or (Shawn) took my payment. As always, you can tell he does not enjoy his job because of the nasty attitude he treats his customers. I've been poorly spoken to by Sean on several occasions except when we bough a TV from him.
Worse place to ever rent from very very very rude people Alden is the most impolite person there ever time i ask my fast pay out its still the same after 4 month never again will I rent from them very bad for business they only person that has ever been nice is chad
I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING ELSE FROM HERE .....THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....THE GUY NAMED ALTON IS VERY RUDE......AND THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WHEN EVER THEY FEEL LIKE.....THEY DEFINITELY DESERVE NO STARS.....MOST OF THE FURNITURE WAS DUSTY, RAGGY, AND TORN. OH AND SHAWN/ SEAN HAS NO PERSONALITY AT ALL HE SHOULDNT BE DEALING WITH HUMANS....MAYBE ANIMALS.
Worst experience ever. Account specialist Alton is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Someone broke into my home and one of the items that was stolen was a game system that l was paying on. He told me that I was lying and that l was trying not to pay them. I also had a police report. He said on a different call that I pawned the merchandise. I would never recommend Buddy's to anyone again.
