Terrible customer service. The sales associate Dominic was talking on the phone with his boss and texting while attempting to complete me transaction. While he got what I needed in the end, it was a painful process getting there.
Horrible customer service! The manager Jeff is rude. We were late about a month on our payment due to the holidays and what not so they come to the house to get the merhandise.. While I'm not at home, my neighbor calls me saying that RAC is knocking on my door like the feds, and blowing the horn in their vehicle!! Like who does that!? I will never ever get anything from rent a center again!! And the furniture that they brought the first time was duct tapes in the back and was so unlevel.. The second piece of furtniture they brought, the wood piece on the front of the arm rest was basically falling off!!! Before all this happened, I called to make a partial payment and make another payment a couple days later. Well they wouldn't make an arrangement with me and "per their policies and procedures" they couldn't do that and had to come get the merchandise... I was so fed up with them I said go ahead and get it! So I went to Aaron's! Rent a Center SUCKS! I would never refer anyone to them!!
