Employees were friendly, helpful, well informed and worked well as a team. They were very patient, thorough and assisted us with key decisions about the technology and peripheral items.
Went to buy new phone. Found what I needed fast, was quickly helped getting phone while another associate found the appropriate case. In and out in record time!!! Well done Best Buy!
Bad experience, ive been to serveral different best buys and this location was by far the worst. I went to pick up my online order, there was 3 employees talking to eachother about personal topics. None of them greeted me and helped me out until I interrupted and told them what I was there for. They each stared at me and acted very unprofessional. I am a very polite and nice person, I was surprised by the customer service. The next day I had to go to the same location for an SD card. The cashier only had one person in line, he rudely tells me to go check out at customer service. I cant believe the unprofessional and rude employees in there. I always enjoy going into best buy but this was the worst experience!!!
The store was fully staffed and helpful. I went in looking for a specific item and they did not have a large variety, being as they specialize in electronics, there was only one of the item I was searching for and it was rather pricey. But it could have been due to the fact that they were preparing for the Christmas inventory.
Your experience with Best Buy will vary based on the person who helps you. The good ones will have tremendous experience with the products they offer, will even warn you about the cons, and offer to let you return it if you find you don't like it. With these people, you will get a very informed decision. The opposite is getting hung up on, employees with apathy and attitude problems, and blank stares when you ask about product info. My most recent experience was fantastic.
