Visited Marshall's and received excellent service. Found more than what I needed and then some. Very helpful people there.
Very nice Marshall’s the staff is friendly and they have a great selection at this store, I usually spend waaaay too long here and leave with more than I should! It’s not a huge mess like some Marshall’s can be it’s pretty well organized. My only criticism is that the aisles are a bit small and crowded and it’s hard to maneuver sometimes with a cart... but other than that it’s very nice and the restrooms are clean too.
Good store with reasonable pricing at great location. You will always get a parking space near by. Ideal place for quick shopping for quality products with helpful staffs.
Had I had a name, I would be providing it. But because I couldn’t see a name, I am providing a time, and a register. My had my light blue work shirt on, bought two items, held up my jacket to show I had nothing hidden, and my hair in a French braid. I hope this helps fix the issue so that no one else is treated so poorly as a customer. Thank you.
I’m giving this location one star, simply because of the service, or better yet, lack thereof I received today. I usually have a very pleasant experience, but today I was not greeted as usual, and I was treated like I should have shipped elsewhere. The part that really upset me was that when I went to check out (about 3:45 today) I was not asked anything. I was not spoken to, and I wasn’t even told my total. Upon my walking away the young lady “helping” me turned around and started talking to her coworkers. She was register 2 about the time I mentioned, and didn’t even look me in the eye.

I work retail, and food and bev and this is not how you treat a regular customer. I work in the plaza and I probably won’t be coming back to marshals for a while. Should I decide to come back and shop, I would be desperate.
