Good stuff but the expensive
i was in there shopping with my friend. we were in need of something very specific and we were not having and luck finding something remotely close all day. our last option was this dillard store. that being said when we arrived and in our searches a small women came up to us while we're talking about what to do next or if this duffle bag would work. this women didn't even announce she was behind me and my friend was the first one to speak. this women was very rude and even when trying to "help" us i could tell she wanted us out of the store. i feel like maybe she thought we were gunna steal something but like i said before we were in the duffle bag/large bag area. it was a super weird experience. i will not be returning.
Two different young cashiers lack good customer service.
The store is nice and clean... well organized and the customer service is awesome!
Granddaughter found a very pretty formal to accompany a friend to an upcoming Air Force ROTC ball. We appreciate the help and encouragement from Lou in the evening gown department.
