One night Friday around 11 PM the maintenance man "deshawn" was hanging outside the front office after harassing me while walking my dog and stating that he better not catch me or my dog around here again. After I refuse to tell him where I live he threatens to follow me to my house. He then SPITS IN MY FACE and drives off. My roommate was there as witness and I filed a police report immediately and the next day spoke to the ladies at the front office. They were little to no help spouting "was he on company time or..?" Then tell me "we'all handle it Monday" Ever since Yes communities took over things have gone downhill. I'm in the process of filing assault charges, and seeking a restraining order if they decide to continue to employ this wacko.
Friendly and clean staff keeps up with park well. Raise 5 kids here through elementary middle and high school and never had any problems
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unless you like paying exceptionally high lot rent to live in a theft ridden neighborhood ran by a Gestapo-like park management that could give less than a turd about its tenants. We have had lawnmowers stolen, bikes stolen, our shed broken into, and our car doors pummeled to near inoperability due to theft attempt. To top off the theft, prepare to be pelted with notices and given a very minuscule frame of time to correct the issues. Oh, and definitely make sure you hold dear to your rent money order receipts (they don’t even give receipts!), because our rent has been misplaced and eviction procedures initiated without warning. Luckily we still had our money order receipt and the money was located. I hope you don’t care about your kids because you’re not allowed to have a swing set or a basketball goal on the yard, so don’t even think about it. Instead, go to the two run down parks that are in the neighborhood where used condoms and drugs have been found. I hope you don’t value your mail because there are multiple mail boxes that are broken and the management doesn’t do anything about it besides hold you accountable and require you to pay $25 to replace the locks. A lot is expected of you as a tenant, but god help you if you need park management to do anything. Most (there are a couple of decent ones) of the office employees are very difficult to deal with and are very condescending. There are very few perks to accompany the strict enforcement of the many lease requirements and outrageous lot rent that goes up every year. There are way better places out there for the cost of living in this horrid community.
Bad palce to live all driveways old and crack
Our car got broken into three times due to the fact there is a cut through to wendys thru our yard that the park will not close. Police has asked numerous times to post no trespassing signs or fence in the park and the owners have refused!! The office owners are rude and all they care about is enforcing stupid yard rules instead of taking care of our saftey! We all pay higher rent for a trailer park and for what exactly?? They have cops patrol but for what reason...when the cops show up and arrest someone for trespassing or for any crime that has taken place the criminal walks cause the owners dont bother showing up or it gets dismissed on the grounds of no fencing or no trespassing signs. Have seen it first hand in court!! DO NOT MOVE HERE...DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE....ITS HORRIBLE. We are getting out as soon as we can. Used to be a very nice place to live with past owners...now i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy!!
