Really clean but homes are close together. They do take heed to children at play and supply them with rain free bus stop areas.really neat and great pools with may other outside activities. Water and trash pick up available. They take pride in their community.
Its a good neighborhood and also the homes are kind of close to each other for i have been there for a few years.
Very clean neighborhood. Quiet as well. Has a good mix of different races. But a little too strict. But all in all, it's a good place to live.
Nice area to live
I lived at Hawthorne City in my RV and it was a very good experience for a cowboy like me. The managers were easy to get along with and really professional and honest. I enjoyed my time in this neat little neighborhood!
