I moved in Otranto Acres the first week of June 2017. The park is very quiet and the residents I have met are friendly and courteous. There all range age of individuals and families. The children I have encountered are well behaved and courteous as well. I feel safe here and the location of the park is great. Close to grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping areas, restaurants and Northwoods Mall. The manager/owner is friendly and always available. Great place to live!
This is the most well kept, secure,and beautiful mobile home park in north Charleston. The owner and the residents work very hard to keep it that way. The quiet days, peaceful nights and well kept homes and lots is a sign of the respect that everyone has for each other here. I have lived here for many years and I am very blessed to have found such a jewel among all the other mobile home parks in the surrounding area. The owner helps everyone that is in need of help with any repairs or maintenance that is need to their home. He is always available and always willing to lend a helping hand so that all the residents have a beautiful,peaceful safe and secure place to live. This is truly the best mobile home park in the area,,but don't take my word for it,, come and see for yourself and you would love to live here also.
