Had a really great experience! Robbie was my server, he did an awesome job. Food was really great, I recommend the chicken and dumplings for sure!
Always good food. You usually have to wait for seating but waitresses always do a good job of making sure you get the best service they can give. It's worth the wait.
I had the worst experience ever at Cracker Barrel this morning. We walked in, put our name down and we're told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Around 20 minutes we were called up and asked to stand by the side. After seeing 5 other parties called ahead of us I asked how much longer our table would be. The hostess said you will be seated soon. More time goes by, more parties were seated. A different lady came up and I asked her how much longer and she said we were nowhere near being seated, that we have only been checked in for 9 minutes. At that time we had been there for over 45 minutes. I explained that to the lady, instead of admitting there was a mistake and attempting to correct it, she got an attitude and said you just have to wait, and walked away. We ended up leaving and going next door to IHOP. This place will never make money off of me again. Absolutely ridiculous.
This place never disappoints. Servings are hearty, filling and delicious. Their raspberry lemonade is absolutely fantastic and the desserts are amazing. My family loves looking around the store after dinner, and usually buy some of the old time sodas.
Great food, wonderful wait staff. The store clerk's were also very helpful. Great bunch of folks. Genuine southern hospitality.
