Service has been going downhill steadily. Today was special. They literally got everyone's order wrong (5 people) and the wait time was 25 mins!! I watched as people that ordered long after me received their food. I had to go ask about my order, they asked to see my ticket. Apparently the order never made it back to the kitchen. By the time my 25 mins of waiting was done, all I got was 'sorry for the wait'. No refund! Never coming back based on this type of service.
Service was great and fast. Not crowded when I went so that was nice.
The service was crappie the evening manger was rude and the evening staff was not properly trained and the milkshake was made to early so the whip cream melted all in the milkshake which I don't like
Most of the time, the food I receive is pretty good, except for last time when my bun was dry. Mozzarella sticks are great; can't go wrong with those. However, I'm going to stay away from the French dip. Not the fault of this specific location, mind you. More of a company wide thing. It was pretty unimpressive. And the service wasn't that bad. Got what I ordered without the typical fast-food attitude.
Great service for a fast food restaurant. I have consistently received above average service at this Arby's location and have taken notice. The employees are very kind and friendly. Facility is also very clean and comfortable with a nice modern look. Food is also top notch. Highly recommend this location!
