I waited 4 minutes to order. No big deal. Then I waited about 5 minute for it to say my car hop was on the way. Waited 15 minutes and still did not receive my food. Hit the button again and waited 5 more minutes before leaving.
Great customer service. Order is always correct, food comes out quick & food is nice and fresh.
In general very good service. I'm a huge fan of the chili cheese tots. It's a great place to eat when you have dogs with you, they do offer pup cups a the locations I've been to. A small vanilla ice cream cup. Some times free, or just $1.
Should probably get more reliable staff. Went for breakfast this morning at 7:30 and no one answered the drive through window and I waited several minutes and said hello a few times. Pretty sure you're supposed to open at 6 AM.
It only received 2 stars because the CarHop had great service. Most of the staff needs customer service training. The chicken I ordered was fried too hard and I got halfway through eating my food and found hair in it. This was probably my last time there. The last two times, I ordered something and the car hops didn't give me my change. Even though both times it was less than a dollar, it shouldn't be kept unless I specifically tell you to keep it.
They were a little busy but I don't think I should be waiting 20 minutes at a fast food location.
