Just called to ask about wheelchair access. Of course they have none...even worse their drivers are not allowed to lift ANYTHING. SO we would have to load our luggage and the wheelchair OURSELVES!!! i AM 79. UNBELIEVEABLE!! Thank God for Uber!!
Professional drivers and clean, nice cars. As far as being on time; I don't see how they could have done any better for me during afternoon traffic on Rivers ave!

I called ahead to get a cab to the airport for 4:30 a.m. the next day. The representative I spoke to was very courteous and handled my request promptly. The driver arrived just before the time I requested and was extremely professional. Couldn't have been treated better! Thank you!

Take literally any other service you can. Yesterday I took a cab from my house in Goose Creek to the bus stop at KMart. $10. This morning the meter read $10.50 but he wanted to charge me $14 because of a minimum for Goose Creek pickups. When i pointed this out to him he said "$10.50 is cool for today, but" then explained it to me. This is not stated on the app. When I mentioned this to the driver, "well it's because you used the app, if you would have called then they would have told you". Not my fault. This isn't the first issue I've had with them. There should be consistancy. I have receipts on my email for the same ride. I only used them because my uber app was not working. Not to mention Uber is half the cost and not as shiesty. I'm telling you, not worth the hastle.
