Clean room with a nice sitting area. Good complimentary breakfast. Small pool, limited gym with 2 treadmills, bike and stepper. Only 1 bench and up to 50 lbs DB.
Great space! Worked very well for the conference I attended. The hotel was extremely close (walking distance). Building was easy to find and very clean.
Cozy, chill place. Big enough for a venue, but small enough for every seat to be a good seat
It is impossible to get through when calling the office/ticketing. There is no queuing system. I spent 30 minutest and called almost 50 times with never an answer. When you do physically go to the office for help the staff is incredibly rude. I would suggest you not bother dealing with this location. Go to Columbia, Charlotte or even Atlanta. They get better shows anyway.
I really wasn't there very long but it was a nice place and had friendly knowledgeable sales agents. Had ample handicap parking and easy access. Will update more once I actually go to the concert.
