I found the system unusable and the people not helpful. I would give zero stars if I could, (which is a shame because the hospital medical staff was actually great.)
This review is for the Patient Portal online system for Trident Health.
Leaving the hospital they told me I could sign up and access my records online but the system is ridiculous to try to use. It asked me security questions to create an account that I have never seen before, don't know where they even came from and couldn't answer. Then, of course, locked me out for 72 hours because I guessed the answers wrong. Not that I would be able to create an account then because it would do the same thing again. When I called the phone number they still wouldn't fix the issue and unhelpfully told me I could go back to the hospital and find the medical records office and talk to them about getting records. All I wanted was the information on this most recent visit before my follow up with the doctor which is before the stupid 72 hour lock-out. The system is awful and not user friendly - not even useful!
