Great prices. TERRIBLE customer service. Product delivery was not set up properly, and no one called to set up a delivery time even though they told me that I would receive a call about this. Called 6 times over a 3 hour time period before anyone answered. Was put on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up and called back. Had to call back 3 more times to get someone to answer, and was out on hold again. Had to drive there in person to resolve. If you buy from them, DO NOT use thier delivery service, and be sure to leave with your item same day to avoid the frustration.
We bought a $900 microwave/oven combination on November 21, 2017, When we got home and installed it, the microwave worked, but the stove did not. When we called to get help we were told it would be three weeks before a repairman could come out. My husband talked to Julie the manger at 10am on November 24 and she said she would call and try to have the order expedited and would call back in a few minutes. She never did. My husband went to the store after work 5:30pm. We asked if we could have another company come out to repair it and have them credit us and she said no. We should not have to wait three weeks to get a brand-new oven fixed. The costumer service is awful and I suggest you NEVER buy from this business. This is the second time we have had problems with Sears. Giving them one star is one star too many!
Good items in the store but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, two sales man were there today(that I saw) and one was seating down watching something on he's phone. No one greeted us. No one was around to help.
I made the mistake of purchasing an appliance through the website. When we arrived to pick it up, there were dents I couldn't see in the photographs. After a little hemming and hawing, they let me cancel the order and buy something different instead. There are some great deals here, but it's more of a scratch and sent store than I expected. You have to look everything over very carefully in person before you make a choice.
I want to looking for dishwasher expecting to pay around $200 for a scratch and dent model. What I got instead was a $400 model for $150 and all I had was a little dent on the bottom. When they run their manager special clearance sales you will find some amazing bargains. The prices are already incredible but when they run their 15% off or manager specials randomly you can save even more. the people are extremely helpful and I don't think I've ever seen more than 10 customers in the store at a time so you will have the store to yourself along with all the help you need. Unlike most other stores what I like about this location sales employees do not pressure or follow you around you're allowed to shop on your own.
