I had a bad experience when I talked to a guy in the hardware section. He gave me an answer of "I don't know. Go to electrical, they sell the screws there". He had zero interest in helping me. The woman in Electrical was very helpful. I'm glad she had me double check the screw in an electrical box. It saved a trip.

I’m not one to complain or leave a negative review without significant reasoning. I have had several horrible experiences with this Lowe’s. I have spent 3 and a half hours of waiting in the last 5 trips here. They also delivered damaged product. I have been hung up on several times even by the service manager. I have placed orders they say they have in stock then get to the store it’s not in stock then it takes a hour of waiting to be told that. Seems they are under staffed and no management

It has been a while since I have been extremely disappointed with the store. If I could give this store zero Stars I would. I have spent so much money at this store in the last two days it's not even funny. I saw a pendant light that was on clearance and all they had left was the display that they said that I could purchase us. I told them that I needed to and they advised me after looking in their computer that there were some other stores that show that they have them and that I should be able to buy it from them if they did not have it that they had the floor display that I could buy. So I called around to all these stores and found one that did have it however they advised me that they could not sell me the display as it was attached to lighting meaning that it was plugged in and turned on....however the light that I purchased from this Northwoods location was also plugged in and turned on and the associate turn the power off and pulled it down. And I could not for the life of me figure out why I could not buy the display at this other location and they were telling me it was against policy so I called the Northwoods location back because if this is the case then they shouldn't have sold me the display that I purchased knowing that I wasn't going to be able to get another one and so I asked for the manager period I just wanted to make sure that I had my fax correct before I called the 800 customer service number period and the manager comes on the line and is extremely rude telling me what I don't understand why you're calling my store when you have questions about another store and had a total attitude. I didn't come on the line with an attitude I was explaining to him what happened and definitely did not deserve to be spoken to that way. I told him that I was calling them because they sold me the display in the first place and that I wanted to make sure that in fact I should have been sold the display and when I got my answer I hung up. Terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service... it's quite sad because the associate who helped us out was extremely nice. I will be taking everything I purchased from Lowe's back and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I definitely don't get this kind of customer service at Home Depot and should have went there in the first place

It was awesome. I wasn't overwhelmed with help the moment I'd walked in, I had the opportunity to look around for what I needed. Once I required assistance it was on point,the gentleman who waited on me was awesome I wish I could remember his name he even offered a prayer for my granddaughter on journey to college.

Great people there. I brought in pictures of a wind damaged fence, they showed me what I needed and told me how to do it!

This experience helps to prove it isn't the store it is the people working in the store.
