I came to this office because I was very sick and I have a baby who I was afraid to get sick. The girls who answer the phone are very rude and have no phone skills. I came here a total of 3 times, the room I was put in was never cleaned and the nurse Ambre saw it and walked away without clean in it. This is a shame because we have to pay a ton of money to be seen by a doctor and we have to deal with this. I will never come back here again that's for sure.
Terrible! I agree with ALL other reviewers that the front desk staff is deplorable. First of all, they have zero phone or social skills. They're rude, UNFRIENDLY, curt, and act like they don't want to be there. I'm sitting in here as I write this. My appointment was at 1030am. I FINALLY got called back at 11. The place looks so run down and the equipment appears antiquated. The nurse wasn't all that professional, and now I've been waiting almost 45 minutes after she left and my provider still hasn't shown up. Just like everyone else, I have a job with deadlines and my time is valuable! It was hard enough getting these people to answer the phone, and now I'm about to walk out. I will never, EVER come back here again! If I could give 0 stars, I would!
So how can you prove this debt to be valid? They have denied me urgent care service and the opportunity to be seen for my health conditions which could be debilitating.
My partner received a bill from this office dating back to 2015 abd 2016 and do not understand why it took so long? the amount is very small however it tells they are not very professional. My partners name is Dean paradis.
Palmetto Primary Care Physicians have tried to scam me by charging me the insurance price and not the patient pay discount. This was from 2012 in which when I called this morning to request proof and a statement to be sent out they replied and I quote "it's from 2012 we can not send you a statement".
This place sucks! If I could give it zero stars I would! The staff is horrible!!!!!! The girls up front always have snotty attitudes. There are tremendously long wait times Nothing is ever done on time. The girl Megan seems to never get done what she needs to get done, as I don’t know how many times I’ve been trying to get my FMLA done! The phones have long wait times, upon me checking out I’ve only seen two girls answering the phone on at least every visit, are you kidding me! I know there is a third one, but she seems to never be at her desk! I don’t know why I keep coming here, but this is it! Please do not go to this office, they are not sufficient and don’t care about thier patients! They should be shut down!
