You need better hours and learn to accommodate your patients more.

I am extremely unhappy with this practice. First of all, I came in and saw Dr. Brown. Not only was he very awkward and unsettling, but he did not do a thing except tell me to go home and take aleve and had his staff member take some blood work. Told me I could come back and get an ultrasound of my joints. When I informed the staff I was not available (because of work) for the hours they schedule the ultrasounds because it's only a 2 hour window twice a week, they were very unhelpful, did not try to assist me in any way, and ended the phone call with basically "oh well, I'm sorry." Then after all is said and done, I get a bill in the mail for over $350!! It is LUDICROUS I am being charged $350 to have been seen for a doctor that literally did not do ANYTHING. So unhappy with this practice. Absolutely DO NOT go here. Also, bathrooms are disgusting and dirty. Unsanitary!

My primary wrote a referral to this practice. They refused to see me because: I do not live in the Tricounty area. When advised I have a local address, I was told they would not see me because: my primary is in Orangeburg and that there are rheumatologists in Orangeburg and Sumter. The Practice Manager was rude and unhelpful. If he worked for me

The first time I went to the office. I had a noon appointment. I waited in the waiting room for one hour. I asked the receptionist how much longer, she said a few more minutes. 15 minutes I was called back. I did not see the Dr. Till 1:30. I thought to myself it might be a one time thing that they were behind. I went back today to get my results back. I had a noon appointment. Waited in the waiting room till 1. When I went back into the room the nurse said that the Dr. Would be with me in a few minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes. I was so upset. I found the nurse and asked her how much longer, that my appointment was at noon. The nurse said that the Dr. Is with a patient now and then had another patient and then it was my turn. I could not believe what I was hearing. I said for her to tell the Dr. To call me with the results. Then I walked out. While I was walking out I heard two people talking in the waiting room. One man said to the other man that he better get comfortable that it takes a very long time to see the Dr. If you have an appointment at a certain time then the office should help you see the Dr. As soon as possible or at least tell the patient that it would take a long time. I will never go back.

I'd fire him on the spot. Since when is care provided based on geography and aren't I entitled, being fully insured, to select a physician? Based on principle, I wouldn't use this practice if they were the last on earth. I have filed a complaint with the State Medical Board.

After many years and doctors I have finally found a practice that takes the time and effort a patient deserves. Dr. Fink has been more than helpful and takes the time needed to make sure I am well informed and properly treated. Laura in the Clinical Trials Center has been a pleasure to deal with and is very professional, efficient, and always keeps me updated. I would recommend her to anyone considering a clinical trial. Jackie and the rest of the clinical trials department are always friendly and helpful as well.

Stay away from this practice. Dr. Brown will spend almost the entire appointment typing on a laptop with no eye contact. Absolutely no passion for results. Don't go here if you want professional treatment. Overall grade F. The billing department is either incompetent or flat out dishonest. They will tell you that you are paid for all of the visits for one month then 3 months later send another statement with more charges for the same month they told you had paid.
