This is the slowest Victoria's Secret I've ever shopped at! Everyone on the line was in total disbelief over the lack of progression .The ladies are nice and all but that goes out the window when simple transactions are able to hold up A line for almost 15 minutes.

I wanted to return panties from yesterday 5 for $28 and add more because I didn't know that the 10 for $35 was today but couldn't because there was no way of honoring the coupon I used yesterday. I worked retail for years and we always tried to figure out how to help or accommodate the customers needs but there I guess you snooze you lose, literally. Not to mention the lines move really slow.
Stood in line 30 minutes & they've only helped 2 people check out! The line is backed up 1/2 way through the store! Redicilously slow !!
I spend hundreds of dollars in this store. I had coupons that were valid and they would not honor. I asked to speak with a manager and they get a floor person acting as a manager. She debates me back and forth. Another lady comes up on the side of me. Has the same exact coupons as I. Buying less than me and they honor the coupons and gives her a free blanket. When I said something to the cashier. They said hers were different. Hello I am spending 265.00 today. The customer stated no they are the same coupons. Hhhmmm... Did I mention she was Caucasian and I am African American? Sad yet I will never go to that store again. Racism still remains even in Victoria Secrets. Customer service is the worse.
