Good service but I was denied my military discount because I'm not active anymore. I showed my CAC and my VA card. I've never seen a business that discriminated between active soldiers and veterans. I hope denying me the 10% was worth it.
They make you do your own go backs. In all my years of shopping for clothing I have never once been told to do my own go backs. And by three separate employees, apparently this is the policy of the store. Not even a Ross makes you do your own go backs.
