Great customer service
Rude, lazy people at the Levi's Outlet store. Kid working the counter rolled his eyes when I asked him to open the dressing room. Questions about the jeans were met with "I don't know, just look through them." Customers not wanted there!
I've been in there twice. Both times I was met by customer service folks who asked me if they could help me. Both times I was just looking but after a conversation with the customer service person the second time, ended up trying on the best pair of jeans I had ever tried on and bought them.
Maybe it's the attitude I carry that allows the customer service people to be nice to me. I rarely have problems like others describe.
