Then call to give you a partial update on your vehicle.  A 37yo woman does not want or need to be sheltered from what is their expense for their property. The first time the service manager apologized because I was going there to demand my vehicle back. This is the second time so here we are. YOU SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THEIR PROPERTY AND NO ONE ELSE. PERIOD.

They do a really good job of helping customers find what they need and you can check out their website. It is always a good idea to check out the Carfax reports and the offers that may be going on at the time. They are willing to go the extra mile to help. They have a good selection of cars and SUVs and trucks

Pleasant atmosphere with friendly associates. However, I do wish they were able to fulfill my recent service request. I recently purchased a new vehicle from them and decided I wanted replace the motor with one from a spacecraft. I also wanted to have the entire vehicle sealed and completely waterproof. They were unable to help with either.

All of our work has been done there.

Easy to locate and access. It has an excellent selection of vehicles. Lots of new vehicles for each Honda model and high quality used vehicles. Best prices I found. Low pressure from sales staff...I viewed what I wanted and my questions were promptly. Alex S. was thorough, friendly, and patient.

Bought a 17 Civic in April. Mr Ravenel our salesman great to deal with. He knew the car inside and out. Mr Yomi finance manager again great person.

Now the service department. We made an appointment 645 to have a tire patched (slow leak) got there at 620 finally left 830. To be told it was going to be 29.95 to fix and that the cabin air filter and engine air filter needed to be changed. Asked why now do these filters need replacing when our car was just serviced 2weeks ago there and there's not even 12k of miles. Now the tire we have the road hazzard warranty so I guess no one looked at that before telling us the price nor the service history. After we got the printed invoice, we noticed it said we asked for the courtesy multi point inspection, which we didn't because the car was just in 2 weeks prior for scheduled service. We've been there now 4 times for services and this issue and have had only 2 good experiences even with appointments.
