I enjoyed my visit at northwoods all the staff there was very friendly and polite i didnt feel like i was being rushed into anything they allowed me to take my time and make a decision on my own and i absoutely love my new car.

Sales dept was a pleasure, of course they’re getting paid for the sale.... on the other hand business dept in particular Stephanie is VERY DISRESPECTFUL... every encounter I’ve had with her was absolutely terrible. This being a family business and her being a family members I guess gives her the right to speak to people abrasive and rude. I will take my money else where where they appreciate customers. Never will I do business with NorthWoods Automotive
The truck I bought had everything I needed and Lisa my sales person did a great job helping me find what I needed.Then Roger in the service department did an amazing job in his attention to detail. He found that the truck was lacking a part and without me asking said he was taking care of it. There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy. It was a great buying experience . I feel comfortable in saying they actually care and try to help people I to reliable automobiles.
