I was interested in one vehicle in particular that was not able to be found on the lot by either him or 2 other people and a sales manager. When they couldn't find it, Eric worked to find another vehicle that was comparable in both price and mileage. He was amazing and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase before I left the dealership to head back to North Carolina that night. I just moved to Charleston and was worried about changing service centers but needed to find a place to get my scheduled maintenance done. I rolled the dice and called Hendrick's. I was lucky enough to get Carolyn. She knows her job and does it well. She is very friendly and appears to enjoy being there. It was very no pressure & no upsell. I also enjoyed my ride in the courtesy shuttle to & fro. Both drivers seemed to enjoy their job as well which is a good sign.
On my multiple visits to Hendrick Toyota I encountered multiple sales people. Eric Muddiman was by far one of the best that I've worked with.
I currently live in North Carolina and my old car died on me about 2 weeks ago. Because of Derek my car was able to make the 16 hour drive total to and from South Carolina to visit. Thank you to him for having the most kind and easy breezy service a person could ask for. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Now I know where to go if I want maintenance done on my car, I’d drive that amount of time again just to take my car here for anything else because I know they know how to provide excellent service no doubt.
