The service here is not the best. My number one complaint is that typically they only have 1 register open. I don't know if they don't manage the staff well or the staff is not dependable but either way the store suffers. Overall it could be kept more tidy. Shoppers are lazy and gross and leave trash everywhere. Retail is a hard job but from what I see Toys R Us should just hire more (dependable) workers.
I’m a mother of four so I always clearance / bargin shop! Yeah you can walk in here and pay full price but I never do. I look for the deals, and if you look hard enough you will find tons of deals for hardly nothing.
Older store...and it shows. Good quality products and toys always well stocked. Bathrooms are disgusting...always. Store/company could use a boost in pride for itself.
it is the same as all Toys R Us great things to look at but no open displays to play with or analyze most parents would like to make informed decision not based on their kids recommendation
