Got 2 Parakeets (Budgies) and everything needed to start, thanks to a young red headed gentleman! Very helpful, and will always come back here because of the great atmosphere!
Great experience! Went in thinking of buying a gecko. Talked to Shelby who was very busy, but still helped us from picking out our bearded dragon to getting a terrarium to bringing us to the checkout. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful . Awesome job!!
PLUS: Nice staff. Shelves well stocked. Prices decent considering store type. Negative: Difficult to get in and out of parking lot.
This is a great place to shop. The employees are helpful and knowledgable. I had a questions about housing a certain animal. The employee I asked what so knowledgable and she didn't sugar coat anything. Needless to say a certain lizard would not be a good pet.
The petsmart on rivers store is great the grooming is AWFUL! I specifically said for them not to do my dogs nails when I dropped them off. Both of their nails are extremely short and one of my dogs (the one that is scared of his feet being touched) has powder on about half of his nails (quick stop probably which makes them stop bleeding when they get nicked). Some of the girls in there seem great but whoever did my dogs screwed up how I feel about that whole place. We won't be going back.
