I am a mature woman of color who has been a client for nearly 15 years! Trust me; if I had been mistreated or even the slightest bit disrespected, I would have made my concerns known clearly and would not have returned. On the contrary, I have found the management and staff to be respectful and professional. Beyond that, through the years, my mother and I have developed close personal relationships with them. I go to Natural image to get my nails done my feet done reflexology and my hair done I could never ask for nicer warm friendly people then who work there I would recommend natural image to anyone . Again great job great atmosphere great people
It is so spacious inside! Plenty of rooms with pedicure chairs, massage table, etc., so that clients have the privacy to enjoy their session.
I have been a Natural Image client for 30+ years, and I have been always treated with respect. All the people who have worked there in those 30 years (and there have been many) had a personal interest in their clients and seeing that they were well served and comfortable. Never once has anyone given me less than 100% satisfaction. The shop is always clean and the staff very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop
