Made several visits, each with a different stylist. Wait times are low, very friendly staff, with quick and easy cuts.
The other lady working didnr even speak to me. Rushed my checkout and purchase BC she was finished with her client just as quickly. (if that'd even be considered a cut) no harm done though.
My daughter wanted to get her hair cut and shampooed. I asked before they started how much. They gave me a price and I said okay. After the stylist was done I asked if she would blow dry too. She did but not without showing her irritation. I asked for this because she cut it so short I wanted to see how short it would be when it dried. After blow drying she cut away strands that were obviously too long (great but I wouldn't have seen it until it dried, after we were already gone). Then when I went to checkout the price magically doubled. DOUBLED!!! Another stylist joined in when I protested and said it was because her hair was medium length, that was 9 and just over the child pricing and their prices had just gone up that day. I'm sorry, WHAT! The stylist who gave me the price should have asked how old she was and known about the price increase and she had eyes - she saw how long her hair was. I normally tip very well but this time I only left a small tip (which was hard for me because she didn't deserve one at all). I won't be going back and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I've had 2 ladies trim my hair and bangs and 1 lady just my bangs. I've never actually had a full cut here. All 3 were very nice and my trims were how I liked. Growing my hair out, so no need for any cuts, otherwise I'd trust them to do a cut.
